The Nepean Redevelopment is delivering a major expansion and upgrade of hospital services at Nepean Hospital for the Penrith and Blue Mountains communities.

The project, which is being delivered in two stages, is well underway. The Stage 1 tower is complete and construction is currently underway for Stage 2.

Stage 2 includes a new building that will seamlessly connect to the Stage 1 tower (Building A) and include:

• An Intensive Care Unit
• Medical imaging services and nuclear medicine
• An in-centre renal dialysis unit
• A new paediatric inpatient unit
• Education and training facilities
• A new front of house and reception area

Every effort is being made to minimise the impact of construction on patients, visitors and staff.
